Regional Account Manager
CentrioSolutions, LLC. provides a unique suite of business services for targeted vertical markets in the US and Canada. The Account Manager will be assigned to manage existing client accounts to insure continued profitable relationships, as well as to prospect for new business and to follow-up on leads within a specific territory.
This person will play a pivotal roll in the future of the division and will be responsible to manage a small group of independent sales representatives. This person will report to the marketing director, and will initially be responsible for the following:
Commitment to consistent prospecting
Formulating and executing a territorial plan aimed at new business creation and growth of existing client base
Understanding of prospects real marketing issues, buying motives, and procurement processes, addressing them through a logical documented sales strategy
Market our solutions to prospective and existing clients.
Use our proprietary CRM applications to manage and track sales contacts and all job related activities
Establish long-lasting relationships/partners with a value added approach
Anticipate client objections and assess client needs
Adherence to reporting requirements
Create professional sales proposals
Manage independent sales team
Qualified candidates must have the following background to be considered:
1 to 2 years selling B to B web based solutions and services
High School degree, some college preferred
Exceptional listening and communications skills (oral and written) highlighted with the ability to effectively present and clarify requirements, expectations, ideas, and concepts
Superior organizational and planning skills
Ability to related to various levels of management
Ability to be self directed and self managed

Communications Specialist/Graphic Designer
CentrioSolutions, LLC. provides a unique suite of marketing, sales, and CRM tools and services for target vertical markets in the US and Canada. The Sr. Communications Specialist will be assigned to existing clients to create and design marketing campaigns and sales materials. We are looking for talented marketing and design professionals that are highly creative, high-energy, and deadline-driven.
Essential job functions:
Designs and produces marketing communications collateral including:
direct marketing campaigns
email campaigns (using our proprietary development tool)
Branch signage materials
Sales and information packets
Brochures and flyers
Newsletters
corporate image materials and logos,
Wwebsite design and customization
promotional items
trade displays
other marketing communications as assigned.
Assists in developing specifications, writes copy, obtains quotes from printers and other suppliers, and manages each project to completion.
Establishes close working relationship with printers, mail house, and other suppliers. Attends press checks to ensure quality.
Assists in the development and design of company promotions and program events, including invitation packets, signage. Designs and produces Agency letterhead and program letterhead as required.
Participates in creative sessions with department heads and program coordinators to enhance overall effectiveness of marketing and communications materials.
Participates in event planning activities.
Identifies needs for stock photography and maintains inventory.
Coordinates and manages all electronic collateral files.
Assists Marketing Manager with other general marketing tasks as required.
Requirements:
1-3 years related experience.
Candidates should be fluent in desktop publishing software: Photoshop, Quark, and Illustrator. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Working knowledge of web development tools such as HTML, DreamWeaver or FrontPage, Flash and other development tools a plus
Posses the ability to translate communications objectives into creative design solutions
Strong ability to create original design concepts
Carry out both creative and production aspects of printed collateral from concept, to design, to prepress
Creative with the integration of color, typographic, photographic, illustrative and graphic elements
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
Strong copy writing skills
Have strong production capabilities
Ability to adjust one's work schedule to accommodate project demands and work occasional overtime
Extreme attention to detail
Multitasking and organizational skills
Good communication and follow-up skills
Willingness to work under tight deadlines
Some basic working knowledge of four-color printing process, digital production, and pre-press delivery formats
Ability to pre-flight, collect files, and archive materials
Web experience a plus
Submission of an online portfolio is encouraged
